Quinoa is a flavor magnet that absorbs the taste of whatever you add to it: How about mixing up a small Thai-style bowl with kale, carrots, string beans, and a tablespoon of peanut sauce? Or an Italian combo with chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil and olives or capers? Sounds great to us!
