3. Parkinson's

Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative neurological disorder that is caused by an ever-decreasing supply of the brain chemical dopamine.

Most people don’t develop symptoms, such as tremors, difficulty balancing, stiff limbs or slower movements, before age 50; and the overwhelming majority of the 1.5 million Americans with the disease are in their 60s, and 70s.
